One of my favorite things about being a photographer is getting to document important life stages, from weddings to pregnancies. Erika and I have been friends for over a decade, which made this session all the more sentimental for me. I remember Erika at 18, full of life and positive energy, and here she is married and pregnant and still radiated positive energy and literally full of life. We took these photos at her parents' home, where she grew up and where she got married. It was the most fitting setting for these intimate portraits.
