Andy & Betty {Topeka Wedding Photos + Capitol Building + Cottonwood Station}Andy and Betty were married several years ago, but did not have an opportunity until now to hire a photographer to document them. Since it's a huge trend back home, the two decided to get dressed up in their wedding attire and we planned out a half day shoot to photograph them in iconic locations: the Capitol Building in Topeka, at the always picturesque and rustic Cottonwood Station, and ending at Perry Lake for a sunset shot. It was so fun doing these shots outside the pressure of a wedding day. It's a great way for clients to get great images in iconic locations on days other than their actual wedding day. You can also save a pretty penny doing this this way, since my Saturdays and Sundays are in high wedding demand, but my week days are wide open for fun photo shoots!
