Nora and Thom were theater kids at the University of Kansas and knew they had to return to Lawrence to host their wedding on the stage of the beautiful and historic Liberty Hall in Downtown Lawrence. I really appreciate how much fun they were to work with and how much fun their friends and family were to document. Thom's one request was for me to take as many candid photos of their friends and families partying as possible. It's those photos that he remembers looking at in his parents wedding album, seeing all the candid expressions of people in the backgrounds. With this task in mind, I had the best darn time providing a truly documentary perspective of their wedding day.
