I had such a great time photographing James in downtown Lawrence. His mom is a photographer, but she was excited to see what kind of genuine moments I could pull out of him for his Senior Portraits. I had a fun time hanging out and shooting with James and hearing about his future plans. What a neat kid!

I love that the grass is growing back in and the flowers are in bloom and we're starting to get all the natural Kansas beauty back. Springtime is officially here and portrait season has begun! Hit me up for family photos. I loved hanging out with this young family and documenting their daughter's first birthday with some portraits.

The Powell Family was so fun and full of life. We walked around East Lawrence exploring and picking up pieces of nature along the way. Then we headed to Clinton Park, the park the couple was married in, to take more family photos on a site with so much meaning to their family. Much love to these four! I loved exploring with you! <3
