Marisa & John's wedding was so much fun to photograph. It was a hot summer day, but Berry Acres was beautiful on the inside, so we were able to stay in the air conditioning all day, and wait until later in the evening to go outside for wedding party portraits. I love when clients are willing to use the best part of the day for portraits, the last hour of daylight it always the best time for capturing beautiful portrait quality light. I had the best time using all the rustic backdrops that Berry Acres as to offer, from their vintage blue truck, Butch, yes, he has a name, to the line of hay and rustic shapes of the building. Berry Acres has one of the coolest dancefloors in the area-- it is lit up by thousands of LED lights, which makes for a gorgeous backdrop for the dancing photos, first dance, bouquet/garter toss, and the shoe game--a new trend for weddings we were happy to photograph!
