I had such a wonderful working with Theresa & Casey. We did two engagement sessions, one in the snow, and one in the Spring, so I got a chance to get to know them pretty well before the wedding day. This season I lucked out getting to shoot three weddings at Chrisman Manor, a new wedding venue outside of Lawrence, KS. Theresa & Casey's wedding utilized the outdoor space for their wedding ceremony. We took photos during magic hour all over the property, which is ripe with awesome rustic Kansas farm backdrops. I had a ton of fun working with Theresa & Casey! One of my favorite moments was the fun surprise dance that Casey and his mom performed during the Groom & Mother dance. These two whipped out every dance move from the last 10 years of pop: from the stanky leg to Gangnam Style, these two were ready to entertain the crowd with perfectly synchronized dance routines to an awesome medley of pop songs.
