Daphne & Austin picked the perfect venue for their laid-back, fun, breakfast catered wedding. These two created a classic Americana wedding, choosing to get married outdoors on the beautiful landscape of the Chrisman Manor. We did portraits during magic hour and utilized all the beautiful details at the venue. I had the best time with these two. Their wedding party was HUGE but we managed fine and had a lot of fun using the hay bales as backdrop. Enjoy these pics! Much love to the couple! One of the only downsides to being a photographer in Lawrence, KS is the concerts that I'm forced to miss due to being booked months and months ahead of time. That's the story of Wendy Moira--a new female fronted punk band in Lawrence. For months I've tried to catch them play, but kept missing them as they are usually the openers. When I finally got to see them in January, I was simply BLOWN AWAY. I am reminded of all the time I spent in the pit at riot grrrl shows and am so happy I decided to document this emerging local band in my favorite local diver bar, The Replay Lounge. Enjoy the pics!
